Richard Davis has been looking after the Club Finances since the club was formed. He is the person to speak to about subscriptions – the overall financial position of the club – returns to District and RIBI – the budget for the current year – and arranging for club bills to be paid.
In addition he is one of the trustees of the club’s ‘in house’ charity ‘The Rotary Club of Canterbury Trust Fund’. He maintains the records of the Charity and controls the ins and outs of its bank account reporting to the Charity Commissioners ; HM Revenue & Customs; the club council and members on its financial position on a regular basis.
