1. The President Elect was in the chair.
2. Jarle read the first part of the Object of Rotary.
3. Rob announced the great news that the Club was successful in both it’s application for grants this year. The Club will receive $1,000 each for Bikes4Africa and Dogs for the Hard of Hearing. The Club has to match fund the Grants.
4. The rest of the meeting took the form of informal breakout sessions.
5. The steward was Rob.

3. Roger, as chair of the membership committee, invited all Sunrisers present to deliver one minute elevator speeches about themselves. All Sunrisers took part.

3. The President welcomed guests Julian Brazier, Robert Boyd, Pauline Davis and Neil Webster, of the KM Group.
4. Robert Boyd, President Elect of his Club, brought greetings from the Canterbury Lunchtime Rotary Club.
5. Our President Elect, Jim, introduced our speaker, Julian Brazier, Canterbury’s MP since 1987.
6. Richard proposed the Vote of Thanks to Julian Brazier.
